Greetings!
This weekend we have several polo and social events planned for our members and spectators. The public is welcome to all of these events, so feel free to pass this on to your friends and colleagues.
Jan. 28th at 6:00 PM – Friday Night Arena Polo Game
Have you ever watched an arena polo game? It is quite different from polo on the grass. The game is conducted in a polo arena with walls. The game is fast and you can see the game up close. General Admission is free and we have open bleacher seating right next to the arena so you have an excellent view from every seat.
The game starts at 6:00 PM and is 4 chukkers (1 hour long). Food and beverage concessions will be on site during the game.
The Empire Polo Arena is located at 81-800 Ave. 51 off of Monroe St. The arena is directly south (behind) the Tack Room Tavern Restaurant.
Jan. 30th, 2011 – Sunday Polo & Tournament FINALS
Join us this Sunday on the Rose Garden Field to watch two league finals. The 4-Goal League Final for the Stagecoach Challenge starts at 12:00 noon and the Final of the 8-10 Goal Coachella Cup Finals begins at 2:00 PM. Korbel California Champagne is hosting a traditional halftime champagne divot stomp at halftime during the 2:00 game.
Tailgating is free and open to spectators along the east side of the field. There is open bleacher seating on both sides of the field for General Admission. VIP seats and parking are on the West side of the field. Food and beverage concessions are on site and available during both featured matches.
General Admission is FREE.

Sunday, Jan. 30th, 2011 – Finals Dance Party at The Date Shed 8 PM
The Date Shed is open to the public this Sunday night, Jan. 30th at 8:00 PM. Join us as the Polo Players celebrate their first league finals of the season with music and dancing all night long. General Admission is $5.00 per person.
