Re/Max defeated Roseville Motor Cars 8-4 in the first 8-Goal tournament of the season.  Gordon Ross, the patron of the Re/Max team, played a big part in their win on Sunday.  Ross converted two penalty shots in the 6th chukker to secure their first 8-goal title in 2014. Dayelle Fargey scored three goals from the field. Juan Curbelo put two points on the board; one from the field and one penalty conversion.  Carlitos Galindo scored one goal from the field in the fourth chukker.

Roseville Motor Cars had a tough fight.  The patron Eric Hammon was replaced at the end of the second chukker due to an injury.  He was replaced by Derek Dalton.  The team rallied in every chukker, but it was not enough to catch Re/Max who jumped quickly to the lead and stayed there throughout the game.  Fergus Gould scored two points for Roseville and Chad Bowman and Ashton Wolf both contributed with one goal each.
